无衍射光束理论与实现
Theory and Generation of Non diffracting Bessel Beams
【摘要】 无衍射光束具有中心光斑直径小且传播距离远的特点。将其应用于光学精密测量可以解决许多传统光学无法解决的难题。本文给出零阶及高阶贝塞耳无衍射光束理论及实现方法,并给出各种实现方法的比较及无衍射光束的应用范围。
【Abstract】 Non diffracting beams have the property of smaller cetral spot diameter and longer propagation distance.If they are applied in precision otpical measurement filed,many problems which are difficulty to slove with traditional optical methods will be solved.In this paper,the theory,propagation property and gerneration methods of zero order and high order Bessel non diffracting beams have been given.Comparsion of the generation methods and application of non diffracting beams have been discussed as well.
