【Abstract】 Study of radial gratings used in Angle Standard(Angle Standard),which is a measure instrument with optics,mechanics,electronics and computer technique,lays a solid foundation for measure angle with high accuracy.Applying computer error revision technique,the instrument can obtain higher measure accuracy.On the basic of analysis of systematic error from dividing standard and subdivision unit,the methods of measure and revision of the systematic errors are described in this paper.更多还原
