【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,Rh（Ⅲ）与二溴羟基本基荧光酮在乳化剂op存在下形成1:1的配合物而使其荧光猝灭。据此反应建立了测定微量铑的荧光光度新方法。当λ_ex=419nm,λ_em=525nm时,方法的检出限0.003Oμg/ml,线住范围为0.0O80～0.040μg/ml。该法已用于人工合成样中微量铑的测定并获得了满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A sensitive fluorsecence quenching method was established to determine Rh( III ). Rh( III ) reacts with DBH-PF to form a 1 : 1 complex in the presence of P-Octyl polythy-lene glycol phenyl ether (op). The Fluorescence quenching was measured (excited at 400 nm) at 500 nm. The detection limit is 0. 003μg/ml. The calibration curve was linear between 0. 0080-0. 040μg/ml. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Rh( III ) in artificial samples with satisfactory results.更多还原
