钒、钛对非调质塑料模具钢组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了V,V+Ti非调质型塑料模具钢的组织与性能影响。利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜分析了V、V+Ti钢的显微组织特征、微合金析出相。结果表明在V+Ti钢中,微合金拆出相为富Ti,N的(Ti,V)(N,C)化合物,具有细化奥氏体晶粒和沉淀强化的作用,提高了钢的强韧性。在V钢中未观察到V(N,C)相,其组织粗大,从而降低强韧性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of microalloying elements, V,Ti, on the microstructures and the properties of unquenched and untempered die steels for plastic moulding has been studied. The microstructural features and microalloyed carbonitride precipitated phase were investigated with metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results indicate that precipitate phase is Ti and N rich (Ti,V) (N,C) carbonitride, which can not only refine austenite grain but also promote precipitation of vanadium carbonitride. Grain refinement and precipitate strengthening can enhance the strength and toughness of Ti+V steel. The precipitation of V(N,C) was not observed in V steel, which promotes grain to grow and reduces strength and toughness.
