机械成型法在人工心脏制作中的应用
Application of Mechanical Moulding to Making Artificial Heart
【摘要】 经低温等离子体接枝处理使抗凝血药──肝素固定在人工心脏血膜表面是制备抗血栓人工心脏的新技术,而采用注射成型等工艺将纯聚氨酯材料制成的血膜层又是保证接枝肝素反应成功的关键措施。本文报导了适用45克角尺式注塑机的血膜成型模具和注射工艺,扼要地叙述了接技工艺制备抗血栓人工心脏的过程。
【Abstract】 The preparation of anticoagulative artificial heart is a novel graft-copolymerization technology. The anticoagulative drug-heparin is immobilized on the blood membrane of artificial heart through hypothermia plasma treatment. The injection moulding is a key technology for heparin successfully grafted on the blood membrane of artificial heart made of pure polyurethane. This paper reports the mould and inject techniques with 45 gram angle-pattern inject plastic machine and graft treatment.
