离子注入提高冲针抗粘着性能研究
Study of Improving the Adhesion-Resistance of Punch Pins by Ion Implantation
【摘要】 为了提高冲针抗粘着性能,将N+注入和Si3N4增强沉积运用于冲针表面改性处理,并作了一些探讨性分析。结果表明,N+注入有利于改善冲针的抗粘着性能,提高其使用寿命。
【Abstract】 In this paper, N+ ion implantation and IBED were applied to increase the adhesion-resistance of punch pins.Some tests and analysis were made. Results have shown that N+ ion implantation can improve the adhesion-resistance of punch pins and also prolong their service life
