石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定糖尿病人和健康人血清和尿中微量铬

【摘要】 研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定糖尿病人和健康人血清及尿中微量的铬。在测定血清路时,对其蛋白质进行沉淀,有效地降低了基体干扰。该法回收率高、精密度好,在测定健康人和糖尿病人血清和尿中微量铬时,得到满意结果。

【Abstract】 Chromium in serum and urine of healthy normal people and diabetic patients was determined by graphite atomic absorption spectrometry. To avoid the matrix interference, the protein precipitation method was used to remove proteins with concentrated nitric acid. The method has good sensitivity and recovery and has been applied to determine trace chromium in serum and urine. The results are satisfactory.
