【摘要】 检测了30例食营贲门癌患者手术前后的SCu，SZn及Cu／Zn比值，并以28例健康查体者作对照研究，发现：①食管贲门癌患者术前血清SCu及Cu／Zn值高于对照，SZn低于对照。②肿瘤患者本后10天血清SCu及Cu／Zn值下降，SZn接近正常。通过本文研究提示．血清SCu，SZn及Cu／Zn比值与食管贲门癌患者的病情和疗效有关，可作为监测和判断病情和预后的辅助检查．更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum Cu (SCu), serum Zn (SCu )and Cu/Zn ratio of 30 cases of patient with carciioma of esopphagus and cardia were determined before and after the operations, with 28 cases of healthy man as the controlled group. It is discovered that SCu and Cu/Zn radio of thepatients are higher than those of the normal men while SZn are lower, and 10 days after theoperations the patients’ SCu and Cu/Zn ratio decreased and SZn access to the normal.Fhrough the study it is concluded that SCu, SZn and Cu/Zn ratio are related to thepatients’conditions and theuratic results, and these three can be the auxillary experimentsvhich monitor and decide the conditions and prognosis of the disease.更多还原
