【Abstract】 Biochemical tests and detection of hair ca1cium and magnesium were examined for 2230 cases of children from Jiujiang region. By statistical analysis, the normal value of hair calcium and magnesium for healthy children in Jiujiang region was made. 1688 children (73, 39 % )with rachitis of different degree were found, of which, 1471 (87. 14 % ) had a magnesium deficiency simutaneously. The authors think that a supply of magnesium can raise the curative effect during treatment of rachitis with pharmaceutical calcium and Vitamin D.更多还原
