稀土氧化物渣处理铁水生产球墨铸铁的研究
STUDY ON NODULAR GRAPHITE IRON FROM MOLTEN STEEL TREATED BY RARE EARTH OXIDE SLAG
【摘要】 用稀土氧化物渣处理铁水,可将铁水中的硫脱除到较低水平,同时还原到铁水中的稀土元素又能起到变质剂作用。在1450℃下处理20min即可获得球化水平为1~3级,石墨大小以2级为主的球墨铸铁,而且冶炼时间缩到20min。
【Abstract】 With the method of treating molten steel by rare earth oxide slag,the S content can be decreased to the lower degree and the rare earth element in molten steel from the reduction can act as metamorphic agent.The experiments show that the nodular graphite iron with the nodularity of 1 to 3 degree and graphite demision mainly of 2 degree has been gained by 1450℃ for about 20 mins,and the melting time has been reduced to 20mins.
