【Abstract】 Since November of 1995 the BF No. 1 of Pangang(Panzhihua Iron & Steel Corp. )suffered an unstable operation with a big fluctuation of production level,during which the operation conditions once more deteriorated by the end of March, 1996.in order to restore the normal production as soon as possible,a fire shooting team was organized to tackle this problem in the iron works.
