【摘要】 该实验采用ＧＤＶ—２０２型原子吸收分光光度计，测定当归多糖、党参多糖、香菇多糖对Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠血液Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｇ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ、Ｋ六种元素含量。结果表明：三种多糖能增加小鼠血液Ｃａ的含量；当归多糖能增加Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｇ的含量；党参多糖能增加Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ的含量；香菇多糖能增加Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ的含量；三种多糖对Ｆｅ的含量均无影响。免疫检测结果表明：三种多糖均能增强Ｍ吞噬功能、Ｅ—玫瑰花结形成、淋巴细胞转化、抗体形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using GDV-202 type atomic absorbing spectrophotometer,We exmained the effect of angelica sinensis polysaccharide,codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide and leatinan on the content of 6 kinds of element (Cu,Zn,Mg,Fe,Ca,K) in the blood of Balb/c mice.The results show that all of the 3 Kinds of polysaccharide can enhance the content of Ca in the blood of mice.Angelica Sinensis polysaccharide can enhance the content of Cu,Zn and Mg.Codonopsis Pilosula Polysaccharide can enhance the content of Cu,Mg and K.Leatinan can enhance the content of Cu,Zn,Mg and K. Non of the polysaccharides mentioned above can influence the content of Fe. Immunological experiments show all of the three kinds of polysaccharides can enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage,the formation of E-rosett,the transformation of lymphocytes and the formation of antibody.更多还原
