【摘要】 抗感颗粒剂(7.25～14.50g·kg^-1,相当于生药10～20g·kg^-1能显著抑制小鼠扭体、热扳、嘶叫反应大鼠甩尾反应,连续给药7d,镇痛作用未见耐受现象。连续给药3d或12d(2.40～9.60g·kg^-1,相当于生药3.30～13.20g·kg^-1使小鼠体重明显增加,延长小鼠游泳、耐缺氧和耐低温时间。结果提示,抗感颗粒剂具有镇痛和强壮作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antiinfluenze grain is a new yupingfeng pow.der jiawei. It is made up of huahgqi, baishu, fangfeng, danggui and goujizi. It suppressed writhing,squeak and hot plate reaction of mouse and tail-flicking reaction of rats, at doses 7. 25-14. 50 g. kg-1. No tolerance of analgesiq ,effect was found after daily ig of antiinfluenze grain 14. 50 g. kg-1 for 7 d in mice assayed with hot plate method. It increased body weight and time of swimming and tolerancl to hypothermia and hypoxia in mice at doses 2. 4 - 9. 6 g. kg-1, qd×3d or qd×7d ig. Results suggested that it possesse analgesic and tonicity effect. It tonicity effect was more than a match for yupingfeng per os liquor.更多还原
