【Abstract】 Characteristics of SiC whisker, which was obtained from rice hull in mid industry experiment was researched by modern analysise equipment. The results have shown that the percent of SiC whiskers is high, most SiC whiskers are straight and sleek, the distribution of their length and diameter is concentrated in a special scope, and the defects and foreign matters in them are less than those of previous whiskers. All aspects measured in this paper have reached and even surpassed the standard of SiC whiskers which were produced abroad.更多还原
