等离子喷涂生物活性梯度涂层的设计与研究
Study and Design on Plasma Sprayed Bioactive Gradient Coating
【摘要】 本实验设计了钛合金基体等离子喷涂生物活性梯度涂层材料。通过对过渡层成分及结构的设计,提高金属基体与涂层之间的结合强度。实验对涂层的显微结构及涂层与基体的界面进行了研究,对材料性能进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 The matertials of plasma sprayed bioactive gradient coating on Ti-6Al-4V substrates are prepared in this experiment.By the design of the composition and structure of intermediate layer of the coating,the adhesive force between substrate and coating has been raised.The microstructure of coating and the interface between coating and substrate are studied,and a preliminary research on properties of materials is made.
