【Abstract】 Abstract The surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra of the polyhedral protein of D pNPV were obtained and studied. the polyhedral protein of D pNPV were adsorbed on the silver colloid surface through SH and COOH groups. NH 2 group is closed to the surface of silver. The side chains of Phys、Tyr and Trp residues were far left from the surface of silver. The results indicated that the enhancement of the polyhedral protein of D pNPV in silver sol is mainly chemical.更多还原
