亚甲蓝光敏反应对癌细胞蛋白质及DNA的影响
EFFECT OF PHOTOSENSITIZATION OF METHYLENE BLUE ON DNA AND PROTEIN IN CANCER CELLS
【摘要】 不同浓度(0.038,0.38,3.8μmol/L)的亚甲蓝光敏反应对腹水型肝癌细胞(HepA)蛋白质及DNA分子具有明显的降解作用随亚甲蓝浓度的增加而加剧,过氧化氢酶对细胞有明显的保护作用,说明亚甲蓝光敏反应与H2O2密切相关
【Abstract】 Photosen sitization of methylene blue(3.8,0.38,0.038 μmol/L)significantly degradated protein and DNA of ascitic hepatoma (Hep A) cells.The degradation of DNA and protein depended upon the concentration of methylene blue.The fact that catalase protected the cells against the degradation significantly showed that photosensitization of methylene blue was closely related to H 2O 2.
