【Abstract】 specimens of charophyte flora were collected and identified form 33 cities and counties of four provinces in northwest China.They consisted of 28 species and 2 varieties belonging to 4 genera.The Charophyte flora in this region was formed by 2 species of Nitella,2 species of Tolypella ,1 species of Nitellopis ,and 23 species of Chara .Among them were 5 new species,2 new varieties and 2 new records. The charophyte flora in northwest China has the following features:1. The elements of the Charophyte flora of this region are mainly temperate species.2. The species of Chara are chiefly distributed in this flora.3. It is simple in consistence.4. There are a few endemie species in this flora.更多还原
