【Abstract】 Apply plant cell engineering techniques,induce the filaments of Muscat Hamburg and Pabieda to produce plumular callus and to set up a suspension cell system and thus obtain plumular substances in different stages.Then soak the plumular substances in different stages in 0.2%～0.6% colchicine solution for 96 hours and acquice the tetraploid plant of Muscat Hamburg and Pabieda which has been confirmed as a new kind of solid tetraploid through field observation and appraisement of cytology.更多还原
