斜率累积直线插补原理及其应用
Principle and application of linear interpolation with slope value accumulation
【摘要】 取一段直线的较长坐标为基本坐标,斜率值为累积值,而后按基本坐标进给单位的个数进行斜率累积,则累积的结果便是另一个坐标进给单位的个数.本方法适用于斜率值k<1的直线的插补,在k<0.25条件下效果最佳.它对于数控齿轮加工系统中齿向变位修形运动的设计具有很高的实用价值
【Abstract】 The longer coordinate of a line is taken as basic coordinate and the slope value as the accumulation value. According to the numbers of feed unit along basic coordinate, the slope value is accumulated and the accumulation is the infeed value along another coordinate of the line. This interpolation method is suitable for all linear interpolation in which line slope is less than unity and is specifically suitable for that when the slope is less than 0.25. It is very useful for the design of gear axial modification on gear machining CNC system.
