【摘要】 本文研究了用ICP－AES法同时测定硼铁中的主要成分B、Fe及杂质元素AI、Mn、Si的方法。采用碱熔融法（Na2O2＋NaOH）分解样品，选Cd作为内标元素。方法简便、快速、准确。合成试样的回收率为97.8％一102．0％，样品测定的相对标准偏差小于1％，用于样品分析，结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a method has been studies for simultaneors ditermination of major elements B,Feand Anpurity elements Al,Mn,Si in B-Fe by ICP-AES. The sample is decomposed by aikall(Na2O2 +NaOH )fusion method, Cd is used as an internal sta-ndard element. This method is simple,rapid and ac-curate’ T he recoveries for synthetic samples are 97. 8% - 102. 0 %,the relative standard deviations areless than l %.
