【Abstract】 N-(4-Acetylamino)phenyl-3-hydroxy-2-naphthalenecarboxamide was prepared by N-acylation of 4-aminoacetanilide with 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid or its sodium salt.The reaction conditions were studied.The yield and purity of two methods were 80.8% and 95% (acid method),81.8% and >98% (sodium salt method).更多还原
