【Abstract】 GPB-HPMCP microcapsules were Prepared by double emulsion method. The dissolution release test of microcapsule was investigated in a buffer solution (pH=6, 8). The size and size distribution of microcapsule was measured by Malvern Partiele Sizer and the morphology was observed by Nikon microscope. And then two suspension formulations were prepared. The results showed that the microcapsule could dissolve and release completely in intestinal juice like the buffer solution. The leakage of GPB% at formulation was less than 5%.
