高导电粒子微观渗透提高Ni涂层屏蔽效能的研究
The Study of HiConductive Particles MicroPenetrating into Ni Paint to Increase Its Shielding Effectiveness
【摘要】 本文采用高导电粒子的微观渗透来提高Ni涂层的屏蔽效能。低Ni含量(50%wt)的Ni涂层经Cu粒子微观渗透后,屏蔽效能比高Ni含量(85%wt)的提高20dB左右。这是由于Cu渗透入低Ni涂层中微观孔洞网络内沉积,形成更多的锁链通道和电子隧道,增大导电网络密度,使其导电性能提高1个数量级所致。并探讨了控制Ni涂层导电性的理论。
【Abstract】 In this paper Hiconductive particles micropenetrating into Ni paint to increase its shielding effectiveness (SE) was studied. SE of low Ni (50%wt) paint micropenetrated by Cu was about 20dB greater than that of high Ni(85%wt) paint,because Cu penetrating into Microhole nets of low Ni paint produced more chainpassages and electronic tunnels, raised conducting netdensity, and increased conductivity by ten times. We also inquired into theory about controlling conductivity of Ni paint.
