高导电粒子微观渗透提高Ni涂层屏蔽效能的研究

【摘要】 本文采用高导电粒子的微观渗透来提高Ni涂层的屏蔽效能。低Ni含量(50%wt)的Ni涂层经Cu粒子微观渗透后,屏蔽效能比高Ni含量(85%wt)的提高20dB左右。这是由于Cu渗透入低Ni涂层中微观孔洞网络内沉积,形成更多的锁链通道和电子隧道,增大导电网络密度,使其导电性能提高1个数量级所致。并探讨了控制Ni涂层导电性的理论。

【Abstract】 In this paper Hiconductive particles micropenetrating into Ni paint to increase its shielding effectiveness (SE) was studied. SE of low Ni (50%wt) paint micropenetrated by Cu was about 20dB greater than that of high Ni(85%wt) paint,because Cu penetrating into Microhole nets of low Ni paint produced more chainpassages and electronic tunnels, raised conducting netdensity, and increased conductivity by ten times. We also inquired into theory about controlling conductivity of Ni paint.
