【摘要】 概述了薄膜磁电阻效应的测试原理，着重分析了利用计算机实现磁电阻效应测试的智能化软件ＭＲＣＡＴ（ＭａｇｎｅｔｏｒｅｓｉｓｔａｎｃｅＣｏｍｐｕｔｅｒＡｉｄｅｄＴｅｓｔＳｙｓｔｅｍ）的设计。该系统集数据采样、数据处理、参数计算等功能于一体，具有交互性强、用户界面友好等特点。同时ＭＲＣＡＴ系统还能在计算机屏幕、打印机上绘出被测样品的磁电阻效应曲线，并生成标准ＰＣＸ图象文件以供引用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the principles of magnetoresistance effect testing for film materials were shortly introduced,emphatically analyzed the designing of the intellectual software MRCAT (Magnetoresistance Computer Aided Test) system. This system has the functions of sampling the data,handling the data and calculating the parameters etc.,and has the characters of strong interaction and friendly user interface. Meanwhile, this system could describe the curves of the samples’ magnetoresistance effect in the computer screen or printer, and generated a standard PCX imagine file for being cited.更多还原
