碳纤维含量对碳纤维/中铜石墨复合材料减摩耐磨性能的影响

【摘要】 在干摩擦条件下,对不同碳纤维含量的碳纤维/中铜石墨复合材料,进行了50h的摩擦磨损试验,并借助扫描电镜观察了它们的磨面。结果表明,随碳纤维含量的增加,碳纤维/中铜石墨复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损量均明显减小。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the friction and wear fests of carbon fiber/medium copper graphite composites with different carbon fiber contents were conducted for fifty hours under dry friction condition, and their worn surfaces were observed by SEM. The results showed that the coefficients of friction and the wear rates of carbon fiber/medium copper graphite composites obvioasly decreased with the increase of carbon fiber content.
