化学镀镍对BaTiO3基PTC陶瓷阻温曲线的两种不同影响

【摘要】 本文通过对比实验研究了化学镀镍对于BaTiO3基半导体陶瓷PTC效应的两种不同影响,结果表明,这两种影响分别与镀镍过程中的化学反应以及镀液向瓷体中的渗透有关,首次提出了化学镀镍过程中产生的初生态氢原子影响PTC效应的观点。

【Abstract】 Two different effects of electroless nickel plating on PTC effect in BaTiO 3 based PTC ceramics were studied by comparison experiment. It was shown that they were related respectively to the reactions of nickel plating and to the permeation of plating solution in PTC ceramics. It was first proposed in this paper that nascent hydrogen atoms generated in nickel plating could have influence on PTC effect.
