CoFe2O4超细微粒催化剂的制备、性能与表征

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钴铁复合氧化物超细微粒催化剂,用TG-DTA、TEM、XRD等手段考察了加入聚乙二醇200对其粉体特性及催化性能的影响,结果表明,添加金属量3%的聚乙二醇200,可显著改善粒子团聚,得到平均粒径为30nm、分散均匀的超细粒子,在350℃下焙烧2h,可得到前驱体分解完全,非完整晶态的CoFe2O4,其对对甲酚催化氧化制取对羟基苯甲醛的性能较好。

【Abstract】 CoFe 2O 4 ultrafine powder catalysts were prepared by sol gel method. The influence of polyoxyalkylene 200 addition on the catalytic properties and the characterization of the catalyst were investigated by TEM、TG DTA、XRD. The experiment results show that the addition of polyoxyalkylene 200 and the calcining temperature have significant effects on the size and the phase of CoFe 2O 4 collective particles. Under the conditions of additive level 3% ( polyoxyalkylene 200 relative metal level ), calc.temp. 350℃,CoFe 2O 4 ultrafine powders being spherical amorphous with an average dimeter of 30nm, and good dispersity and catalytic properties for catalytic oxidation of p cresol to p hydroxybenazadhyde can be obtained.
