激光合成梯度功能材料新工艺的研究
A Study of New Technology of Preparation of Functionally Gradient Material (FGM) by Laser Sport Irradiation
【摘要】 研究了激光大光斑加热合成Al2O3-Ti系梯度功能材料,分析了激光合成梯度功能材料的组织结构特征及烧结特性,在试样中埋设微细热电偶成功地测量了激光加热烧结Al2O3-Ti梯度功能材料的温度梯度分布。
【Abstract】 Al 2O 3 Ti functionally gradient material is fabricated with big laser spot irradiation method and its microstructure and sintering characteristics are analyzed. The temperature gradient distribution is successfully measured by installed microthermocouples in specimens.
