BaPbO3掺杂对(Sr,Pb)TiO3陶瓷性能的影响
Influence of BaPbO 3 Doping on Properties of (Sr,Pb) TiO 3 Ceramics
【摘要】 研究了一系列BaPbO3掺杂的钛酸锶铅基陶瓷的制备过程和电学性能,结果表明:低阻的BaPbO3的添加能显著降低材料的烧结温度,促进晶粒生长,但并不能明显降低材料的室温电阻率,XPS分析证实了BaPbO3加入后在与(Sr,Pb)TiO3固溶时,四价的Pb被还原为二价,BaPbO3不以低阻相单独存在
【Abstract】 A series of studies on processing and electrical porperties of (Sr,Pb)TiO 3 ceramics doped by BaPbO 3 were made. The research results indicated that the doping of BaPbO 3 could decrease the sintering temperature remarkably and promote the grain growth. However, it could not reduce the resistivity at room temperature of (Sr,Pb)TiO 3 materials. XPS analysis proved that the Pb 4+ ions were reduced to Pb 2+ ions after BaPbO 3 was doped into (Sr,Pb)TiO 3 ceramics. BaPbO 3 did not exist as low resistivity phase.
