Nd2Fe14B晶粒取向程度对磁畴运动及磁性的影响规律
Effects of Grain Orientation on the Motion of Magnetic Domains and the Magnetic Property of Nd 2Fe 14 B
【摘要】 本文采用Biter粉纹法研究并讨论了Nd2Fe14B晶粒取向程度对磁化、反磁化过程中磁畴运动及对磁体磁性的影响。研究结果表明,磁中性状态的Nd2Fe14B晶粒的磁畴畴壁与磁体成型磁场方向的夹角α越大,则在充磁过程中越难以变成单畴,在退磁过程中越容易形成反磁化畴。磁体中α≠0°的晶粒较多时,会使磁体的M-H曲线方形度降低,剩余磁化强度、磁能积减小。
【Abstract】 The effects of grain orientation on the motion of magnetic domains and properties of Nd 2Fe 14 B magnet have been studied. The domains have been observed with the Bitter method. The results have shown that the larger the angle α (between domain walls in a Nd 2Fe 14 B grain in magnetism free state and the magnetic field used in forming the magnet blank), the more difficult the transformation from domains into single domain in the magnetization process, and the easier the formation of magnetically reverse domains in the demagnetization process. Large numbers of Nd 2Fe 14 B grains with α≠0° could decrease the square degree of M H curve,the residual magnetization intensity, and the energy product of the magnet.
