1025t/h锅炉炉内烟气温度分布试验研究
Research on Flue Gas Temperature Distribution in 1025t/h Boiler
【摘要】 本文介绍1025/h控制循环锅炉四角切向燃烧残余旋转引起的两侧烟温偏差,采用炉膛出口总旋强数疠ΣSw≈0的科研成果,改进燃烧系统设计后,所得的试验测量表明,末级过热器后左右侧平均烟温偏差小于50℃,最高与最低壁温偏差小于25℃
【Abstract】 This paper addresses the flue gas temperature iimbalance caused by theresidual swirl of tangential firing in 1025t/h contr0lled circulation boiler. The researchresults of total swirl number ΣSw≈0 at furnace outlet is applied to improve the firing systemdesign. The measurements made in the test indicatO that the average horlzontal flue gastempearture imbalance at the final superheater outlet is less than 50℃ and the differencebetween the max. and min. wall temperatures is within 25℃.
