模糊数学在刀具角度优化中的应用
Appicahon of Fuzzy Mithematics in Cutting Tools’ Angle Optimization
【摘要】 在选择刀具角度过程中,应用模糊数学理论,建立模糊综合评价模型,综合考色影响刀具角度的诸多因素,并予以量化。实践证明,此方法具有思路独特、选择结果合理及易于实现电算等特点。
【Abstract】 In the proredure of the cutting tools’ angle determination, fuzzy mathematics is applied to establish a fuzzy synthesitical appraising model,many factors which influence cutting tools’ angles are summed up and quantitized. It is proved in practice that the method has many properties, such as singular train of thought, reasonable results and easy computerzation, etc.
