轮作制下长期施肥对小麦籽粒品质的影响
Effect of Long Term Fertilizer Application on Wheat Seed Quality in Rotation Culture
【摘要】 借助长期轮作肥料定位试验资料,系统研究了施肥对小麦籽粒粗蛋白质、蛋白质氨基酸的含量和产量的影响,结果表明,氮钾肥是增加小麦籽粒蛋白质及氨基酸含量的重要营养因子。施肥处理对氨基酸含量和产量的影响大于对必需氨基酸总量及产量的影响。还探讨了施肥与小麦籽粒氮磷钾含量以及面筋、沉淀值、淀粉含量的关系。
【Abstract】 The effect of fertilizer application on wheat seed content and production of coarse protein and protein amino acid are systematically studied based on the data of long term fertilizer location test in rotation culture. The results indicate that N and K are the main nutrients for improving wheat seed content of protein and amino acid, and that the effect of fertilizer treatment on amino acid content and production surpasses that on the content and total amount of indispensable amino acid.
