【Abstract】 On the basis of the existing research results,the expert consulting system for developing production potential of rainfall water on the northwestern loess plateau has been developed on the principles and methods of Artificial intelligence by means of computers (ECSDP for its short form).This system assimilates most of other experts′expertises and experience in the research fields and forms a computer base called Knowledge Bese (KBS,DBS,INE).When a specific locality is under research,the information concerned can be fed into computer and the system can analyse the information automatically and show how far and in which way the production potential of rainfall water for crops in the area can be exploited efficiently.Accordingly,this system is useful in establishing the developing strategy for agricultural production.更多还原
