【Abstract】 Global solar radiation is the main energy resources on the earth and also the important component of surface heat equilibrium. Because there are only a few of solar radiatlon observation stations in Xinjiang, it has an important significance to study the climatologic calculation method of monthly global solar radiation.In this paper, various formulas for calculationg the global solar radition are developed, and an optimal formula for calculating the global solar radication in Xinjiang is determined. This paper aiso develops the formulas for calculating the regional monthly global solar radiation by using mathematical statistical method based on the globa1 solar radiation data observed at 9 observation stations in Xinjiang during the period from 1961 to 1990. The calculated results are verified.The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The optimal formula for calculating the global solar radiation in Xinjiang is: Q=Q2 (a +b·s). (2) Xinjiang is divided into two regions, southern Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang and the calculated results using the formulas mentioned above are more ideal to that of others.更多还原
