【摘要】 为测定肝纤维化时肝组织ＲＮＡ和ＨＹＰ含量的动态改变，７２只家兔随机分为正常组、病理组。于感染血吸虫尾蚴后第７０、１００、１３０、１６０、１９０、２２０天，每组随机选６只作肝组织ＲＮＡ和ＨＹＰ含量测定。结果正常组各阶段间ＲＮＡ和ＨＹＰ含量均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），病理组肝ＲＮＡ含量随着病程延长而减少，肝ＨＹＰ和肝胶原纤维分布面积佰分比随着病程延长而增加，肝ＲＮＡ含量与肝ＨＹＰ含量、肝胶原纤维分布面积百分比均呈反比。结果提示肝纤维化时肝组织ＲＮＡ含量随着肝维化加重而减少更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the level of the ribonucleic acid(RNA) in fibrosis liver tissue 72 domestic rabbits were randomly and equally divided into normal group and pathologic group and, on the 70th, 100th, 130th, 160th, 190th, 220th day after being infected with cercariae, 6 rabbits taken randomly from each group were killed and prepared for liver tissue testing of the RNA level and the content of hydroxyproline (HYP) with ultraviolet spectrophotometer. THe percentage of collagenic fiber distribution in liver tissue was investigated under IBAS. The results showed that there was no remarkable difference in liver RNA level in the normal group ( P <0 05), but the level of RNA in liver tissue of the pathologic group was gradually decreased with the prolongation of disease process. The concentration of HYP and the percentage of collagenic fiber distribution wereincreased with the advance of the disease. These results indicated that the level of the RNA in liver tissue and the percentage of callagenic fiber distribution were reduced along with the aggravation of the liver fibrosis.更多还原
