【摘要】 本文对1980年以来我院行人工股骨头置换的324例进行了随访调查,随访时间最长8年,最短2年,平均4.5年。出现合并症116例,占38.5％。其中人工股骨头脱位3例,占0.9％,假体柄断裂2例,占0.6％,感染3例,占0.9％,早期患髋疼痛18例,占5.6％,髋臼磨损18例,占5.6％,股骨近端骨反应48例,占14.7％,人工股骨头下沉24例,占7.5％。文中对各种合并症的发生原因及预防进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1980, the artificial femoral head replacement has been performed on 324 patients. All patients havebeen followed for 34 to 96 months (on the average, 54 months). There were 116 patients with various complications (35. 8% ): among than 3 cases the local infection (0. 9%), 24 cases suffering the subsidence of the prosthesis (7. 5%), 18 cases of early hip pain (5. 6% ), 48 cases appearing the bony reaction in the upper femur (14. 7% ) and 18 cases for the artificial femoral head penetrating through the acetabular cortex (5. 6% ).
