【摘要】 作者通过尸体膝关节标本和56例经一般检查长期诊断不明的膝关节痛病人的112个膝关节(健侧45,患侧67)充气4kPa CT扫描,对尸体标本扫描后解剖,对病人有手术指征关节中的56个关节手术探查,然后与CT对照,初步确定了膝关节充气条件下的正常CT解剖和某些异常影像的临床意义。证明膝关节充气CT扫描能使一般X线和CT扫描不易发现的某些病变获得可靠的影像诊断依据,特别对滑膜皱襞综合征、滑膜肿瘤、滑膜炎等许多滑膜疾病具有重要诊断价值。56个关节手术证实其诊断符合率91％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A knee of cadaver and 112 knees (45 were healthy and 67 were sick) in 56 patients were studied with pneu-moarthrography with CT. The patients had a gonalgia and an acatalepsy commonly examined for a long time. After the scanning, the specimen was anatomied and 56 knees which had the indication for operation were operated on. By means of the comparison with CT, the clinical meaning of normal and some abnormal images were clarified. It has certified that the pneumoarthrography with CT can get the reliable image ground for some diseases which cannot be found out by common X - ray and CT, such as synovial plica syndrome, synovioma, synovitis and etc. The results of the operation in 56 knees have confirmed that the coincidental rate of diagnosis was 91 % .更多还原
