【摘要】 开放性骨盆骨折是一种严重的创伤,伤情复杂,死亡率高。我们总结了25例开放性骨盆骨折的病例,提出这类损伤有五种类型,认为开放性骨盆骨折—会阴撕裂伤是最常见、最典型的一种。文章强调开放性骨盆骨折的严重性,着重讨论开放性骨盆骨折出血的处理及预防化脓性感染的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open pelvic fracture is a severe trauma. Patiena condition is complex and the mortality is higher.25 cases were summed up, who were suffered from open pelvic fracture. Five typies of this trauma were advanced, emphasizing that open pelvic perineum rupture is one of very common and typical.The severity of open pelvic fracture, treatment of haemorrhage of open pelvic fracture and methods preventing pyogenic infection were discussed in this paper.更多还原
