【摘要】 颈椎管狭窄合并颈椎间盘脱出者宜施行手术治疗。一般认为应首先行颈前路间盘及骨赘切除植骨术,术后疗效不佳者再行后路手术。本文介绍一次经后路半椎板扩大切除或单开门椎管扩大成形同时将脱出间盘切除。本组共治疗19例,平均随访18个月,优良率为89.5％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical stenosis accompanied with cervical spondylosis should be operated. Usually, it is achieved with two-stage, the first through the anterior decompression and fusion. When the result is not favourable, the second posterior approach was made. This paper presents another method, nineteen of patients were treated by one-stage operation through the posterior approach, resected the herniated disc while preforming subtotal laminectomy or extensive plasty of cervical cannal. All patients were followed up with an average period of 18 months, the excellent and good result rate were 89. 5%.更多还原
