IPP/PBT共混物的形态结构研究
STUDY ON THE MORPHOLOGIC STRUCTURES OF IPP AND PBT BLEND
【摘要】 利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和示差扫描量热法研究了IPP/PBT共混物的形态结构。结果表明,在IPP/PBT共混物中,当PBT含量少于20%时,IPP和PBT各自以晶粒的形式均匀地分布,属于Stein等人所提出的第一种模式。而当PBT含量大于20%时,共混物出现相分离现象。PBT的加入使IPP的结晶度下降,晶粒尺寸增大,熔点变低。
【Abstract】 he morphological structure and thermal properties of IPP/PBT blend were investigated by using polarization microscope, Xray diffractometer and DSC in the present work. The results indicate that IPP and PBT uniformly distribute in their individual crystallites form in blend when the content of PBT component is less 20%. It belonged to the first type of crystalline model supposed by stein ect. However, the phase separation is appearred when the content of PBT is more than 20% in blend, and brought about the changes in physcial character of IPP: reduction in crystallinility and melting point; increment in the size of crystallites.
