有机络合物对丙烯酰胺溶液聚合的影响
EFFECT OF ORGANIC COMPLEX COMPOUND ON THE SOLUTION POLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLAMIDE
【摘要】 研究了未精制的丙烯酰胺(AM)水溶液在有机络合物存在下的溶液聚合,通过等离子光谱确定了原料中的杂质离子种类,紫外分光光度计分析了单体残留率,用红外光谱表征了产物的结构。结果表明,有机络合物可抑制变价金属离子的链转移作用,提高单体转化率和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的分子量,且絮凝效果良好。
【Abstract】 he solution polymerization of raw refined acrylamide aqueous solution has been studied under existing of organic complex compound. The tupes of foreign ion was determined by ICP. Monomer residual rate was analysed by UV. The structure of polymer were determind by IR. Results show that organic complex compound can retard chain transfer of metals ion of change valent, raise monomer conversion and polyacrylamide molecular weight, and result of flocculating tests is fine.
