一氧化碳和苯乙烯类单体交替共聚物的合成及性能

【摘要】 以苯衍生物为原料,经乙酰化反应、还原反应和脱水反应,制得苯乙烯类单体。利用乙酸钯和2,2-联吡啶组成的催化剂体系催化一氧化碳和苯乙烯类单体交替共聚,制备了聚[1-氧化-2-(取代苯基)丙撑]。采用IR、NMR、元素分析以及广角X光散射对该聚合物以表征。对聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)固体粉末和溶液中的光降解研究发现共聚物的分子量降低、质量减少。该共聚物由于无γ-H原子,在紫外光照初期时,不能发生NorishⅡ型反应,只能按照NorrishⅠ型反应进行光降解。此外,还对甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体于聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)间甲酚溶液中,在紫外光照射下聚合进行了研究,三乙胺对该聚合反应有促进作用。

【Abstract】  series of styrene monomers, such as 4methoxy styrene, 4ethyl styrene, 3,4dimethoxy styrene, 4bromostyrene, 2bromostyrene, 2methyl5tertbutylstyrene and 3,4dimethyl styrene, have been synthesized from benzene derivatives by acetylation, reduction and dehydrolysis reaction. Alternating copolymers of styrene monomers and carbon monoxide have been prepared using a palloadium (Ⅱ) catalyst. Characterization of these polyketones was performed by IR, NMR, EA and WXRD. The photodegradation of poly(1oxo2phenyltrimethylene) in solid powder and mcresol solution was studied. Photolysis of the copolymer resulted in molecular weight decrease and weight of sample loss. The copolymer does not undergo Norrish Type Ⅱ photolysis because of the absence of γhydrogens, while it does undergo Norrish Type Ⅰ reaction. In addition, the formation of a block copolyemr of styrenecarbon monoxide with methyl methacrylate in ultraviolet ray irradation was investigated. Triethylamine can promote the photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate in polyketone solution.
