一氧化碳和苯乙烯类单体交替共聚物的合成及性能
SYNTHESISION AND STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF ALTERNATING COPOLYMER OF CARBON MONOXIDE AND STYRENE MONOMERS
【摘要】 以苯衍生物为原料,经乙酰化反应、还原反应和脱水反应,制得苯乙烯类单体。利用乙酸钯和2,2-联吡啶组成的催化剂体系催化一氧化碳和苯乙烯类单体交替共聚,制备了聚[1-氧化-2-(取代苯基)丙撑]。采用IR、NMR、元素分析以及广角X光散射对该聚合物以表征。对聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)固体粉末和溶液中的光降解研究发现共聚物的分子量降低、质量减少。该共聚物由于无γ-H原子,在紫外光照初期时,不能发生NorishⅡ型反应,只能按照NorrishⅠ型反应进行光降解。此外,还对甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体于聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)间甲酚溶液中,在紫外光照射下聚合进行了研究,三乙胺对该聚合反应有促进作用。
【Abstract】 series of styrene monomers, such as 4methoxy styrene, 4ethyl styrene, 3,4dimethoxy styrene, 4bromostyrene, 2bromostyrene, 2methyl5tertbutylstyrene and 3,4dimethyl styrene, have been synthesized from benzene derivatives by acetylation, reduction and dehydrolysis reaction. Alternating copolymers of styrene monomers and carbon monoxide have been prepared using a palloadium (Ⅱ) catalyst. Characterization of these polyketones was performed by IR, NMR, EA and WXRD. The photodegradation of poly(1oxo2phenyltrimethylene) in solid powder and mcresol solution was studied. Photolysis of the copolymer resulted in molecular weight decrease and weight of sample loss. The copolymer does not undergo Norrish Type Ⅱ photolysis because of the absence of γhydrogens, while it does undergo Norrish Type Ⅰ reaction. In addition, the formation of a block copolyemr of styrenecarbon monoxide with methyl methacrylate in ultraviolet ray irradation was investigated. Triethylamine can promote the photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate in polyketone solution.
