新型酰亚胺类化合物的 ~1H NMR 研究

【摘要】 合成了12种不同类型的酰亚胺类化合物,用1HNMR研究了这些化合物相应的单体和酰胺酸。阐述了氮上孤电子对的离域对苯环上质子的屏蔽作用以及羰基的去屏蔽效应对质子化学位移的影响。用IR研究了脱水后的酰亚胺化合物。其1HNMR和IR的结果皆令人满意。

【Abstract】 A series of novel amide acid and imide have been synthesized by chemical method. The characteristics of these feeds and samples were determined by proton magnetic resonance and IR. Because electron donating substituents, such as NH 2 group, delocatize their lone electron pairs into the π systems and increase the electron density at the benzene ring, the upfield shifts are caused. However, these protons, which are located in the deshielded range of carbonyl, resonate at downfield. When the amide acids were dehydrated, the imide compounds are insoluble in organic solvents. Thus the IR spectra were used to investigate them. The results of proton magnetic resonance and IR are convinced.
