MCS树脂的合成及性能研究
STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF MCS RESIN AND PROPERTIES
【摘要】 以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)为原料,通过悬浮聚合的方法合成了接枝型MCS树脂,研究了各种因素对合成反应的影响以及产物的流变性和力学性能。
【Abstract】 MCS resin can be synthesized by suspension swelling graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene onto chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). The content of CPE, initiator, reaction time, MMA/St all give influnces on the graft degree and graft efficiency of MCS resins. The rheological behavior and mechanical properties of MCS resins were investigated.
