一氧化碳和苯乙烯交替共聚物的合成与表征

【摘要】 利用乙酸钯和2,2′-联吡啶组成的催化剂体系催化一氧化碳和苯乙烯交替共聚合成出聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)(STCO)。采用IR、NMR、元素分析以及广角X光散射对该聚合物以表征。该共聚物晶体为单斜晶胞,晶胞参数为a=15.7×10-10m,b=6.17×10-10m,c=7.45×10-10m,α=90.0°,β=104.3°,γ=90.0°;晶胞体积为697.2×10-30m3;空间点群为P21/c。此外,对该共聚物热降解进行了初步研究。

【Abstract】 Carbon monoxide and styrene alternating copolymer(Ⅰ) was prepared using a catalyst prepared from palladium acetate and 2,2′ bipyridyl. This polyketone was characterized by IR spectra, NMR spectra, element analysis and wide angle X ray scattering spectra. The results conform that this polyketone is linear alternation copolymer——poly(1 oxo 2 phenyltrimethylene). A lower molecular weight and middle crystallinity copolymer(Ⅱ), and less crystallinity and less stereoregular copolymer(Ⅳ) were obtained by Kumagawa extraction and epimerizating of copolymer(Ⅰ), respectively. The observed X ray Bragg distances and intensities of the reflections are interpreted with a monoclinic unit cell having a =15.7×10 -10 m, b =6.17×10 -10 m, c =7.45×10 -10 m,α=90.0°,β=104.3°,γ=90.0°; the unit cell volume is 697.2×10 -30 m 3; the space group proposed is P 2 1/c 。 Moreover, the study on thermal degradation of alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide and styrene by thermal gravimetry (TG) method was also reported in this paper. Activation energy E in the main thermal degradation is 129.7 kJ/mol.
