超高分子量聚丙烯腈薄膜的力学特性

【摘要】 研究超高分子量聚丙烯腈(PAN)(Mw=180万)薄膜的应力应变性能,得到其基本力学性能数据。并对该薄膜在拉伸过程中出现的应力交替增降现象、低温慢速拉伸过程出现的结晶度增大现象和动态力学性能进行了探讨
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the stress strain characteristics of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) film with the superpolymer of heavy molecular weight ( w=1.8×10 6), obtaining the basic performance data in mechanical quantities. The alternation phenomenon of stress rise and fall in the caurse of stretch, that of the crystalline gradation increasing at low temperature and slow speed, and the dynamic mechanical characteristic were all discussed.
