【Abstract】 Titanium 8 hydroxyquinolinate complexes in combination with methylalumin oxane (MAO) as cocatalyst are highly active towards styrene polymerization, giving polymers with high sydiotacticity. The molecular weight distribution of polymers is broader, indicating the titanium 8 hydroxyquinolinate complexes may be a “multi site” catalyst.
