尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备、结构与力学性能的研究
SYNTHESIS,STRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NYLON6/MONTMORILLONITE NANOCOMPOSITES
【摘要】 未经处理及经11氨基酸处理的蒙脱土由于己内酰胺的引入而发生膨胀.己内酰氨可以在蒙脱土的硅酸盐片层间聚合,形成尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.经11氨基酸处理的蒙脱土和尼龙6分子间有很强的化学相互作用.与未经处理的蒙脱土相比,其所构成的纳米复合材料具有很好的力学性能.
【Abstract】 Untreated and 11 amino acid treated montmorillonites were swollen by caprolactam.Then the caprolactam was polymerized in the interlayer of montmorillonites.The silicate layers of montmorillonites were dispersed in nylon6 matrix to form organic inorganic nanocomposites.11 amino acid treated montmorillonite had stronger chemical interaction with nylon6 molecules in comparison with the untreated montmorillonite.The mechanical properties of 11 amino acid treated montmorillonite and nylon6 hybrid was found superior in tensile strength,modulus,elongation at break and impact strength.
